02 — GENERAL
General
What services does SuperGroup Team offer?
Four core services: Software Development & IT Services, Digital Marketing & Creative Agency, Media Production & Content Studio, and Digital Product Design (UX/UI), which we also combine into industry-specific solutions.
What kinds of companies do you work with?
Mainly SMEs with 10 to 500 employees, plus some listed companies and start-ups.
Can I use just one service?
Yes. Every service can be commissioned on its own or combined into a one-stop package.
I'm not technical. Can we still work together?
Absolutely. We explain every step in plain language, and a dedicated project manager follows up throughout.
Who owns the IP when the project is finished?
Once paid in full, the IP in work created for you belongs to you, as set out in the contract.
03 — PRICING & ENGAGEMENT
Pricing & Engagement
How is pricing calculated?
One-off work is quoted per project; ongoing work is billed as a monthly retainer with a fixed team allocation.
How long does a typical project take?
Websites about 6 to 10 weeks, business systems 3 to 6 months, brand identity 4 to 8 weeks, brand films 3 to 6 weeks, depending on scope.
What's the minimum budget?
Projects start from HK$40,000 and retainers from HK$12,000 per month; we'll recommend the right scope for your budget.
Can we start with a small pilot?
Yes. Many clients begin with a 4 to 6 week discovery or prototype project before scaling up.
04 — SOFTWARE
Software
Custom system or off-the-shelf?
If off-the-shelf covers 90% of your needs, we'll tell you to use it. Custom only pays off when the process is your competitive edge or when off-the-shelf needs heavy manual workarounds.
Can I change requirements mid-build?
Yes. We work in two-week cycles and demo at the end of each, so you can reprioritise the next one.
Who owns the source code?
Once paid in full, the source code and IP are yours, with full documentation.
Can you take over a half-built system from another vendor?
Yes. We start with a code review to assess whether continuing or rebuilding is more cost-effective.
What if something breaks after launch?
Every project includes a 3-month warranty, then an optional maintenance retainer with SLA response times.
05 — MARKETING
Marketing
How much ad budget do I need?
It depends on your sector and goals. We usually recommend at least HK$20,000 per month for the first three months of testing, then adjusting on data.
How long does SEO take to work?
Organic traffic typically starts rising in 3 to 6 months; competitive keywords take longer.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. We use an easy CMS and include training.
Do you design logos?
Yes. If you already have one, we keep the original file and simply define how it's used in the brand guidelines.
How do you measure results?
We agree KPIs up front: enquiries, cost per lead, conversion rate. Then we report monthly.
06 — MEDIA
Media
How long does a brand film take?
Typically 3 to 6 weeks from brief to delivery, depending on shoot days and post-production.
Who owns the video?
Commissioned work belongs to you once paid in full; licensed content is used within the scope set in the licence agreement.
What is content licensing?
You pay to use content we've already produced for our own channels, with no need to shoot from scratch. Ideal for training, social media and websites.
Can you provide multilingual versions?
Yes: subtitles, dubbing and translation.
Can you publish and promote it too?
Yes, together with our digital marketing team for paid promotion.
07 — UX/UI
UX/UI
What's the difference between UX and UI?
UX is whether users can complete their tasks smoothly; UI is the look and interaction of the interface. We do both together.
We have developers. Can you do design only?
Yes. We deliver Figma prototypes, a design system and developer documentation.
Is user research really necessary?
Strongly recommended. A small study with 5 to 8 users surfaces most major issues.
How long does design take?
A mid-sized app typically takes 6 to 12 weeks from research to final design.
Can you redesign an existing product?
Yes. We start with a UX audit, then improve in prioritised phases.
08 — ENGAGEMENT & ASSURANCE
Engagement & Assurance
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. All systems and websites include a warranty period, after which you can move to a maintenance retainer.
What if the project runs late?
Weekly reports flag risks early; delays on our side are handled under the contract terms.
Can you work with our existing vendors?
Yes. We regularly collaborate with in-house IT, other agencies and outsourced teams.
Do we get everything back when the contract ends?
Yes. We hand over all source files, account access and documentation, and support the transition.
09 — INDUSTRIES
Industries
Can you connect our POS to our online store?
Yes. POS to e-commerce integration is the core of most retail projects: one member record, one inventory truth, one campaign engine.
Can you work within our compliance process?
Yes. We design content and flows for one-time compliance sign-off and keep an audit trail of every published change.
Our work comes from referrals. Why invest in brand?
Referrals still check your website before calling. A credible brand converts the referrals you already earn and opens work beyond them.
Can listings update automatically?
Yes. One admin updates a listing once and it publishes to the website, portals and social formats together.
We run everything on Excel. Where do we start?
A process audit. We map orders, inventory and shipping first, then replace the highest-friction step, not everything at once.
