If off-the-shelf covers 90% of your needs, we'll tell you to use it. Custom only pays off when the process is your competitive edge or when off-the-shelf needs heavy manual workarounds.
Can I change requirements mid-build?
Yes. We work in two-week cycles and demo at the end of each, so you can reprioritise the next one.
Who owns the source code?
Once paid in full, the source code and IP are yours, with full documentation.
Can you take over a half-built system from another vendor?
Yes. We start with a code review to assess whether continuing or rebuilding is more cost-effective.
What if something breaks after launch?
Every project includes a 3-month warranty, then an optional maintenance retainer with SLA response times.
